Recently, at our daddy’s suggestion, we started a new family tradition: every evening, at 7- our scheduled family time, we have a gratitude meeting. Each of us comes up with three things we are grateful for. It can be anything – big or small. For example, we were grateful for the delicious street food we ate earlier that day or for the health of our loved ones. Apparently, exercising the gratitude muscle will lead to an increased satisfaction and happiness. It also feels nice and it’s fun to do with your family.
